My Story
My name is Orion Onassis López Murillo. I am a devoted father, a healer by calling, and a man driven by a vision: to leave a lasting legacy—a better, more compassionate world for my son and for every life I’m fortunate to touch.
My journey into the world of healing began in 2016, born from a deep desire to help those battling addiction and mental health disorders. What started as a mission of service quickly evolved into a life’s purpose. Through years of listening, learning, and walking beside people in their most vulnerable moments, I came to understand that true healing requires more than just treatment—it demands presence, compassion, and a space where the soul feels safe to awaken.
This insight gave birth to what is now Ancestral Tree Ibogaine Center, a place where traditional medicine, medical science, and heartfelt care converge. At our clinic, we don’t just follow protocols—we adapt to each individual’s story, pain, and potential. Every program is a reflection of our belief that healing must be personalized, holistic, and guided with deep respect for the human spirit.
Choosing Ensenada as the home for our center was no accident. The energy of this land, its serenity and natural beauty, creates the perfect environment for transformation. It’s not just a place we work in—it’s a sanctuary that embraces every person who walks through our doors.
Today, I carry with me not only the lessons from every patient I’ve served, but the unshakable belief that recovery is possible, even when hope feels lost. This is more than my profession—it is my devotion.
Each patient who arrives at our center becomes part of a greater story. A story of resilience. A story of rebirth. A story that reminds us that healing is not the end—it’s the beginning of something far greater.
My Experience with Ancestral Medicines
My path to understanding and respecting ancient medicines began with my own personal experience. During my youth, I was not aware that alcohol consumption, although socially acceptable, was masking emotional, spiritual and physical wounds that needed attention and healing.
My first encounter with ayahuasca was an eye-opening moment. In the company of two other people, I discovered the incredible power of these medicines, which allowed me to see the experiences and emotions of the participants, a deep connection that I never imagined possible. This power of sharing feelings and vibrations is one of the most healing aspects of ayahuasca.
One of the most significant moments during my experience was the opportunity to face and forgive my father. My parents' separation when I was young had left a deep wound, and I had always wondered why he made the decisions he did. Ayahuasca helped me understand that I am not a judge of anyone's life, and that forgiveness was not just for him, but for me as well. I learned that we are all like children playing at being adults until we heal and evolve emotionally.
This transformative experience has prompted me to integrate these ancient medicines into my work at the clinic, with the goal of offering others the opportunity to heal and find a new perspective on life.

- Internship Doctors: Our team includes doctors who are in their internship stage. We understand that during your social service, you often face unfair remuneration. Therefore, we offer them the opportunity to generate significant income while playing a crucial role in the care of our patients, actively participating in their recovery process.
- Health and Wellness Specialists: We have a specialized doctor, a certified nutritionist and an experienced psychologist, who work together to provide a comprehensive approach to the treatment of our patients. Additionally, our team is complemented by a nutrition expert chef, a certified massage therapist, and a yoga instructor, ensuring that every aspect of our patients' health and well-being is attended to with professionalism and care.
- Transportation Service: To guarantee the comfort and safety of our patients, we have a dedicated driver to transport patients as required, ensuring their safe and punctual arrival and departure from our facilities.
